Scholarships for Undergraduate Students in USA at Army Emergency Relief offers Spouse Education Assistance Program (SEAP) need-based scholarship. Scholarships are to assist spouses of army soldiers in obtaining a 4-year undergraduate degree. Applicant must be pursuing their first undergraduate degree at a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education. The widow(er) of a soldier who died on active duty or in a retired status can also apply. Eligible applicants may apply till 1st May 2013.

- Student must be a part-time (minimum of 6 credit hours per semester or term) or full-time (minimum 12 credit hours per semester or term) student working on an undergraduate degree.
- Student must be the spouse of an active duty or retired Soldier or the widow(er) of a Soldier who died while on active duty or while retired.
- Student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 grading scale.
- Active Duty Soldiers are not eligible.
