PhD Scholarships Germany 2013 , The Leibniz-Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) invites application for 2 postdoctoral and 3 PhD Scholarships . The Research Positions is provided to study animal behaviour, ecology and evolution. The duration of postdoctoral Positions is two years and three years for PhD position. The salary for research positions is paid according to the TVöD (Postdoc: 100%, PhD students: 60% position). The Research project will start in April 2013. Application deadline for research position is 13, January 2013.

The specific areas of expertise of the applicants are open but should fit into the general theme.
Number of awards offered: 2 Postdocs and 3 PhD positions are offered.
Duration of award(s):The appointments are for two years (Postdocs) and three years (PhD students).
What does it cover? Salary is paid according to the TVöD (Postdoc: 100%, PhD students: 60% position).

Notification: A workshop for shortlisted applicants will take place in the third week of February, the project will start in April 2013 (or by arrangement).
