Scholarships UK Description: The aim is to support PhD research by British graduates, who can demonstrate intimate knowledge and substantial experience of interacting with UK Muslim communities, to use their intellectual skills for the benefit of sound scholarship on the subject, the future development of these communities and understanding within the wider society.
-Candidates will be assessed on academic merit, intimate knowledge and substantial experience of interacting with UK Muslim communities by a Selection Panel consisting of three academic members.

-Selectors will be looking at the degree results and also at academic references, statement and other relevant information.

-be holders of at least a 2.1 honours undergraduate degree and possess a masters degree with merit or distinction
Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: The students of British Citizens, born and raised in the UK can apply for this scholarship.
Number of awards offered: Up to 10 Scholarships are offered. Three Nohoudh Scholarships will be available for PhD students applying for entry in autumn 2013.
